Order Processing
Because Ellezar jewelry is custom-made, each piece is handcrafted within up to 2 weeks. Orders ship promptly once crafting is complete. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping Coverage
We offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States and to most international destinations.
Ellezar jewelry is custom-made and fulfilled from our international manufacturing partners, including facilities in China. This allows us to produce personalized pieces with care and precision.
If a destination is not eligible for free shipping, we may contact you with a paid shipping option. If you choose not to proceed, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes custom production + shipping. While production typically takes up to 2 weeks, shipping time varies by destination.

Split Shipments
Because Ellezar jewelry is custom-made, orders typically ship as a single package. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production timelines or fulfillment location. You’ll receive individual tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Once tracking shows an order as ‘delivered,’ Ellezar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels may incur reshipping fees or be refunded minus original shipping costs.
International Orders (Including EU/UK)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
